UEA MEDS: A psychological and behavioral treatment for inappropriate traits, personality disorders, and collective society

UEA MEDS– Unified Evolutionary Anthropology and the Mindful Evolution Diagnostic System, taken together create the ultimate psychotherapeutic treatment model for all personality disorders. UEA MEDS brings greater health to the authentic self, allows for right vision and orientation towards others’ psychological states, and influences situations for a win-win for all beings simultaneously.

UEA is both theoretical and practical.  It is based in the fact we are all anthropologists studying human behavior.  It draws on paradigm corrective theories for the general practice of attunement to oneself and the differences between ourselves and others.  It essentializes the dualities of physical bodies with a spectrum between on two major fronts.  One is male and female, acknowledging the differences of the body structures and processes, as well as the expressions that come through them.  Trans-sex and middle sex are validated within the spectrum.  The second divide is in nervous system organization between the central nervous system and intrinsic cardiac nervous system, acknowledging a duality of affective empathic systems and limited-narcissism systems, again acknowledging a spectrum between them.  Certain qualities of mind, phenomenology, mode of operation and trajectories of pathology are patterned based on the dominant side of the spectrum where a person physically exists.  The last major theory that is essential for UEA MEDS is to reinvestigate human history and prove the inaccurate representations of the past through modern culture, and reorienting ourselves towards an accurate narrative inclusive of all interdisciplinary fields of historic studies and their contents.

UEA includes methods of heartful-based mindfulness in monitoring the body, and the external environment.  It draws on social psychology, relativistic/relational/pluralistic psychology and prepares a person for the finer points of observational attention and tracking used in MEDS.  It draws on the essence of an “indigenous worldview” and decolonizes a person from belief systems that block the fluid acquisition of knowledge through experience.  It emphasizes the development of cognitive empathy in relating to others, and self-compassion towards the undeveloped aspects of self in a contextual situation, preventing or correcting inappropriate traits.  This is described as the narrow path of truth in one’s effort to do the best they can do.

MEDS is a diagnostic system that first begins by identifying the nervous system type of organization.  There is a checklist provided to discern an AENS (affective empathic nervous system) or a LNNS (limited narcissism nervous system) which can be used for questioning oneself, or observing another person.  To discern your own or another’s nervous system, visit this page:  Nervous System Questionnaire: AENS or LNNS? – Healing Evolution. The diagnostic system must also factor in the biological sex of the body, as well as the spectrum of the body and the male/female brain differences in middle or trans sexes.  The biological sexes differ in general ontology, first mode of aggression/problem solving, and second mode of aggression/problem solving.

From there, it is understood that personality orders of health, and disorders of pathology, take a common trajectory and is the baseline for all other mental health conditions.  All genetic traits of a body are expressed through the personality brain/body configuration.

To begin tracking a nervous system for its place within the spectrum, observable communicative, movement and behavioral traits must be studied and tracked based on the 5 common traits of 1) trauma; 2)autistic; 3)narcissistic; 4)borderline-autistic; 5)borderline narcissistic.  (SEE the blog on Mindful Evolution Diagnostics for detailed explanation of traits.)  MEDS: Mindful Evolution Diagnostic System – Healing Evolution

If a person is very healthy with a personality and brain in high functional order, you will not see much.  You only see disorder and track the nature of the disorder.  You look for incoherence and contradictions in relation to the self, or in relating to others.  Trauma either causes a loss of the sense of self and confusion of not seeing people from the past correctly, distorting the present, or narcissism is a method of controlling and distorting other’s realities purposely for own’s own gain.  These are opposite modes of operation in originating behaviors.  Continue to track internal “splits of self-reality” or external “splitting of the reality and truth of others.”  The level of splits determine a brain structure.

These are the structures of each side of the spectrum.  AENS (affective empathic nervous system) and LNNS (limited narcissism nervous system).

Healthy (AENS and LNNS)-fully integrated without inappropriate traits.

Trauma traits (AENS) or some inappropriate narcissistic traits (LNNS)-common traits that do not have to be pathological, meaning upon appearance the person is able to see them and self-correct them as needed.  The co-exist in a state of integrated personality.

CPTSD (AENS) or NPD (LNNS)- the person has two personalities that are not integrated.  There is the real person, however they may switch into a mode of operation with a second personality of the right-brain acting out an inappropriate personality.

BPD-trauma induced cognitive dysregulation (AENS) or Sociopath/anti-social PD (LNNS)  This person has 3 personalities.  One real one, one fake one that works to benefit people inappropriately, and one to destroy others inappropriately. They have two faces, and a real person beyond that.

DID/MPD (AENS) or Psychopath/anti-social PD (LNNS)- These people have multiple personalities and modes of operation, shifting between different identities.  For the AENS, the intrinsic cardiac nervous system does it for survival and is unable to control it, versus the LNNS, the brain/central nervous system does it to thrive and have ultimate control over others.

A person in their level of disorder in not immediately discerned.  It takes awhile to observe the inner structure with clarity, however the side of the nervous system and usually a general level of pathology can be detected in a short amount of time.  Finding the final diagnosis can take 3-6 months, however it is accurate.  From there other genetic expressions can be understood through the underlying disorder.

Disorders are highly activated or subdued through the social environmental contextual influences or opportunities.
